The one direct equity loan turns the equity in your home or residential investment property into a ready source of funds you can use for any purpose. You can repay and redraw as much as you like as long as you stay within your approved loan limit. Whether you want to invest, take a holiday, or pay for your children's education - it's up to you! And you can access your money at your one direct equity loan rate via ATM, EFTPOS, BPAY®, Phone and Internet Banking.

Redraw Fee No, you can redraw your funds without paying a fee. Standard transaction fees may apply.
Transaction fees Transactions are $0.50 charge per transaction. Transaction limits apply to some channels (e.g. ATM daily limits).
Split Fee A split fee will be payable if, prior to settlement of your loan, you request one direct to split your loan into separate one direct loans. If one direct agrees to your request, this fee is payable on the date that the requested change is effected. In the event that you request more than one split, a separate split fee will be payable for each split.
Switching fee A switching fee will be payable per change to your loan after the date of settlement of your loan. This fee is payable on the date that the requested change is effected. In the event that you request more than one change, a separate switching fee will be payable for each change. Note: Each additional account created as a result of a switch constitutes one change to your loan.

This Comparison Rate is for a loan of $150,000 over 25 years.
