Step 1 - Apply

• You can apply by phone, fax, mail or online.
• If you apply over the phone, we will complete your application form for you

Step 2 - Approve

• Your application will be pre-approved once we've confirmed your application details, so you have an idea of what you have to spend
• We will then work with you to gather all of your documentation, verify your financial details and, if necessary, order a valuation of your existing property
• Once your loan is approved, a formal letter of offer will be sent to you. This will confirm the amount you can borrow as well as all of the terms and conditions of your one direct loan.

Step 3 - All done

• The loan is yours - all you need to do is sign and return the letter of offer, and the offer is valid for 6 months
• Once settlement takes place, the property is yours too!
